You can get a lot more than coffee or hot chocolate to go with your pancakes — or burgers — at IHOP. They carry Pepsi products, too.
So specifically, what sodas does IHOP have?
You can find these brands or varieties of fountain drinks at most US locations: Pepsi Cola, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mountain Dew.
As far as we can tell, no bottled and/or canned sodas are offered.
In addition, lemonade, flavored lemonade, fruit juice, hot chocolate/cocoa, hot tea, hot coffee, iced coffee, chocolate milk, milk, and some tasty house-made drink options are usually on the menu.
More about IHOP sodas

IHOP — an abbreviation for “International House of Pancakes” — has a similar history to Denny’s.

They both started in the Los Angeles area back in the 50s, and specialized in breakfast food before adding lunch and dinner menu options. The two chains also are open for extended hours, if not fully 24/7.

IHOP’s PepsiCo product selection is simple and straightforward: four different sodas. (Dr Pepper is no longer available, although it was on the menu as recently as 2016.)

For a limited time in 2022, they offered something very unusual: Maple Syrup Pepsi Cola. The limited-edition novelty cans weren’t available in retail stores — only at the restaurant.

A few new drinks have been added to the budget chain’s offerings as of 2022: Lemonade Splashers, made with lemonade & lemon-lime soda and flavored syrup, available in three varieties: blue raspberry, wildberry, and mango. All three are topped with a few fresh blueberries.
